Q: Can I order replacement parts for PlanToys^® products?
A: Yes. If any of the parts of your PlanToys^® purchase were missing or defective, we'd be happy to send you replacements. Please send us the following information:

1. Product name and code
2. Batch Number (optional)
3. Name of part required
4. Purchase date and store name
5. Your name, complete address, and contact details
6. If it's a manufacturing defect, we'd appreciate a photograph of the toy to help our Quality Assurance and Engineering team research the problem.
